Privacy notice

This notice explains how we handle the personal data of people who visit kiria.dev or write to us through the contact form, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Who is responsible

Kiria Software Consulting, S.A.S. ("Kiria"), based in San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, México, is responsible for your personal data. For anything related to it, email support@kiria.dev.

Data we handle

  • What you type in the contact form: first and last name, email and, if you share them, phone, company and your message.
  • Technical data to protect the form from spam: IP address and the captcha check.
  • Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type), without cookies and without identifying you.

We don't ask for sensitive personal data.

What we use it for

To reply to your message, understand your project and, if you ask, send you a proposal or quote. We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell it.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the site and handle the data on our behalf:

  • Resend: delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile): checks that whoever sends the form isn't a bot.
  • Vercel: hosts the site and produces the anonymous visit statistics.

Some of these providers process data outside Mexico. We make no other transfers without your consent, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages while the conversation or business relationship lasts, and afterwards only as long as our legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use (known in Mexico as ARCO rights) and withdraw your consent. Email support@kiria.dev with your name, what you're asking for and, if relevant, the data to correct. We'll reply within the time the law sets.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The captcha may use strictly necessary technical storage to work.

If we change this notice, we'll publish the new version on this page with its update date.
